Privacy Policy

The short version

3 Up 3 Down collects no data. None. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no third-party SDKs. Everything the game does happens on your device.

The slightly longer version

• Nearby Multiplayer uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework to connect devices directly over your local network or Bluetooth. Game moves travel between the players' devices only; nothing is sent to us or to any server, and nothing is stored after the game ends.
• Your device name is visible to the people you play with (that's how you appear in their game) — as with AirDrop.
• The app makes no network requests to Blackwater R&D or anyone else. It works entirely offline apart from device-to-device play.
• Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details.

Changes & contact

If a future update ever changes any of the above, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before shipping it.
